Studio Day!

Today I will be in my studio all day! Except for some shoveling so the mail man doesn't slip and fall.
I am not a winter person, but I have to say I love staying in and just focusing on my work. Here in the Berkshires, the snow is really pretty especially if you don't have to drive. I am working on a new body of work and will post some  work in - progress  photos soon.

Almost February!
 It has been a productive winter so far. Lots of studio time and cooking which are two ways that I like
 to spend my time. As I finish up the last two Kickstarter incentives, I realize more and more how my time spent in Vallauris and the south of France has inspired me.

 I took alot of photographs while I was there, mostly architecture. I plan to develop these into drawings that will transfer into prints on clay pieces. Not sure if they will always be on vessels, I am interested in continuing the figurative sculpture too. Stay tuned!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

2014 was very amazing, but I am grateful and happy to be in 2015. It is very cold in New England and I am dreaming about the south of France alot! I've been busy working on my Kickstarter incentives the past two months and now onto my own work!I will post as new work is finished. In my kitchen, here sits some cheer and inspiration.
