I was craving a dessert for tonight, but oddly nothing chocolate. I decided to make Custardy Apple Squares, a dessert that I saw in my "Baking Chez Moi" by Doris Greenspan cookbook.
Just out of the oven, it smells enticing! It was easy and quick and I can't wait to try it!
